We are seeking a Global Head of HR to partner directly with the Founder and executive team to design, scale, and future proof the organization.
You will act as a strategic partner to the Founder to build a high performance, globally scalable organization, enabling Bybit's next phase of growth and transformation.
What You Will Own
- Lead the full global HR function across all business units
- Partner directly with Founder and leadership team to translate business strategy into organizational strategy
- Design and evolve organizational structures, operating models, and talent strategies to support global expansion
- Drive global hiring strategy and leadership capability building, ensuring the organization can scale at speed
- Establish robust and scalable HR governance, compliance, and risk frameworks across licensed and regulated jurisdictions
- Enable deeper market penetration by aligning HR practices with local regulatory requirements and cultural contexts
- Build and institutionalize performance, accountability, and leadership standards across the company
- Lead organizational transformation initiatives to support Bybit's vision of becoming a one stop global financial platform
- Implement and scale HR systems, data, and analytics to support decision making and operational excellence

What We are Looking for
- Proven experience as a senior HR leader in high growth, global organizations
- Strong track record partnering with founders or senior executives to drive business and organizational decisions
- Experience across full HR spectrum, including HRBP, TA, OD, C&B, and HR operations
- Deep understanding of global expansion, compliance, and regulated environments
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale organizations in fast paced, ambiguous, and high growth environments
- Strong business acumen - able to challenge, advise, and influence leadership decisions
- Experience in crypto, fintech, or digital technology environments is highly preferred
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is required for effective multi cultural stakeholder management
