Global Head of Learning & Development

Mashreq is seeking a seasoned leader to develop and implement a comprehensive global learning strategy. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in Learning and Development, preferably within the banking sector. Responsibilities include creating holistic learning programmes, managing the Learning Management System, and liaising with external training providers. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills are essential. This role is crucial in fostering a culture of continuous improvement within Mashreq.
