Global HSE Senior Specialist

We are currently seeking a talented “HSE Senior Specialist” to join our dynamic “Global HSE” team. Based in “ HQ, Kocaeli ” this role will contribute to transformative projects under the Consumer Group.

Qualifications;

• University degree in environmental engineering ,
• Highly skilled and experienced in contractor management in construction projects.
• Having internal and external audit experience on safety and environmental issues,
• Maintaining and implementing HSE management systems
• At least 5 years of HSE experiences in projects or industry having such a responsibility,
• Having C Class Certification from Ministry of Labor on Health & Safety is a must,
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken,
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent communication
• Excellent problem solving skills and crisis management,
• Located/able to locate in Kocaeli,
• No restriction for traviling.

Job Description;

• To follow and support practices within the scope of environmental management such as waste , air monitoring , wastewater systems based on needs and requirement of subsidiaries,
• Provide and consolidate required data or information for Sustainability Reporting from subsidiaries,
• Able to facilitate ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 14064, ISO 14046 management systems,
• Participate or lead Sustainability Management initiatives such as investment creditor reporting, environmental sustainability projects,
• Implement Contractor Safety global policies, inspections, and audits for new investments.
• Budget review and control based on HSE items including subsidiaries,
• To take active part in the preparation, implementation, and sustainability of global HSE policies and programs,
• Actively participation to incident investigation and reporting activities including CAPA follow up in subsidiaries,
• Follow up an prepare periodical KPI’s and dashboard reports.
