Global Inventory and Process Assistant Manager
” to be assigned to our
“Strategic Planning and Asset Management”
department.

WHAT AWAITS YOU?

Managing, developing and improving Material Master Data processes in the SAP system
-
Providing operational support to business units related to master data maintenance and process
-
Creating a roadmap to prevent the creation of duplicate or erroneous material cards
-
Monitoring and improving data quality and leading action plans
-
Analyze inventory management processes (inventory tracking, inventory turnover, inventory accuracy, etc.) in detail, identify inefficiencies, errors, and implement improvement projects to optimize inventory management processes based on these findings.

Monitor the inventory records and movements of goods/materials, fixtures, and consumables belonging to Karmarine Shipyard, Powership facilities, Umurlu Facility, Karen, Administrative Affairs, and Field Preparation, and accurately record the necessary information in the system.

Having strong knowledge in SAP tools (Especially ERP, extended with SCM, IBP, MES, etc.) and executive experience in SAP MM Module

Play an active role in daily operations to ensure the effective implementation of process changes.

Leading and directing process improvement group in the achievement of key goals in the area of order processing and delivery, inventory management, MRP, process layouts, process improvements

Looking for best practices in similar fields in order to realize improvements and bring out new implementations

Leading new SC/inventory-related projects (production, warehousing, inventory management) in collaboration with global and regional teams.

Determines optimal settings on the warehouse management and material allocation ensures their continuity, taking preventive actions as needed
-
Implementation and follow-up the improvement projects coming from HQ in the Powerships and Shipyard
-
Participate in innovation and improvement projects involving AI technologies.
