What You'll Do

Working within BCG’s global Design Center of Expertise (Design CoE), you’ll be a key part of the operations team, driving our demand & supply governance and supporting CoE programmes and operations. Reporting to the Design Operations Lead, you will be at the heart of enabling the tools and processes needed to support HOW Designers and Researchers work, so that they can focus on the WHAT. Combining business analysis skills with a passion for operations management, you will contribute towards generating a collaborative team ( 65) that works effectively to improve the design of digital products across 90+ Squads.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum of 5+ years relevant experience e.g. in a business analyst or operations role, preferably in a professional services firm
• Strong time management skills including the ability to multi-task. Must be able to keep multiple workstream moving with minimal direction
• Proven ability to work effectively on a distributed team delivering on high priority initiatives
• Proven experience supporting global projects in support of organizational change efforts

• Experience working with internal stakeholders and external vendors

• Strong command of Windows Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

• Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working within rapidly changing environment

• Flexibility needed towards work schedule and extra hours as related to global projects

• Professional, impartial, and independent attitude with a high degree of integrity

• BCG experience highly valuable

Who You'll Work With

• The whole Design CoE who are based across: UK, US and India

• Various roles across the Digital Product teams such as Directors, Portfolio Leads, Product Owners, other CoE members

• Other BCG teams outside of the Digital Product teams
