We are looking for a
Global Learning & Development Consultant
with 5+ years of experience to support the implementation and coordination of learning initiatives across our global teams. This role focuses on program execution, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement of existing learning solutions.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to roll out global learning programs.

Support the deployment of leadership development, onboarding, and functional training initiatives.

Monitor participation, feedback, and performance metrics to assess program effectiveness.

Provide insights and recommendations for improving learning experiences based on data and feedback.

Act as a point of contact for regional stakeholders regarding L&D activities.

Ensure alignment with global learning strategies and cultural relevance across markets.

Maintain and update learning records and systems (e.g., LMS).
Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a global or regional capacity.

Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with learning technologies (e.g., LMS platforms).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.

Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
