Key Responsibilities

Proven experience in building and executing
global brand strategies
across multiple regions and culture.

Design growth strategies and execute direction
in emerging and developed markets fully aligned with business goals.

Deep understanding of consumer behaviours
and ability to adapt the outcomes into impactful marketing strategies.

Experience in innovation pipelines from idea to launch
. Manage global launches and campaings based on brand positioning and lifecycle.

Proven experience managing brand P&L through strategic pricing and portfolio
mix optimization.

Sucessfull track record in
developing 360 degree campaigns
for different regions.

Strong ability
to work closely and lead global and regional creative, media and research agencies.

Strong collabration with cross functions
(R&D, regional marketing teams, sales, finance) to align marketing strategies.
Qualifications

10+ years in brand, category within FMCG
-
Excellent communication skills in English
-
High resilience, motivation, strong communication and stakeholder leadership
-
Analytical mindset; advanced planning & organizational skills.

Passionate about national and international brand growth
-
Experience leading agencies/research partners and cross-functional teams; coaching/people leadership.
