The role involves developing and implementing marketing plans, conducting market research, and managing budgets for Oncology and Reproductive Health applications. It includes aligning strategies with product offerings, improving brand awareness, leading digital marketing initiatives, supporting sales with tools and insights, and managing events. Collaboration with key partners and acting as a spokesperson at industry events are also essential. This position will be onsite at our Santa Clara, CA site.
A day in the life
Develop and implement marketing strategies for Oncology and Reproductive Health applications.
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
Manage the marketing budget efficiently.
Align marketing strategies with product offerings.
Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
Lead product launch plans and promotional activities.
Improve brand awareness and maintain brand guidelines.
Create marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, digital content).
Lead digital marketing initiatives (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content marketing).
Analyze and optimize digital marketing performance.
Manage the segment's online presence (website content, online advertising).
Support sales with tools, training materials, and market insights.
Plan and lead marketing events (conferences, webinars, trade shows).
Develop relationships with key collaborators and industry influencers.
Act as a spokesperson at industry events.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing initiatives.
Keys to Success
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience
5+ years of experience in global marketing, with a focus on healthcare, oncology, or reproductive health.
Proven history of developing and implementing successful global marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of genomics applications.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Stong background in marketing equipment, reagents and consumables.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the healthcare industry.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative problem solver with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Advanced proficiency in data analysis and market research techniques.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $112,500.00–$160,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
