Over 13 years ago, we started Capital Placement with a bold vision: to open the world to students and graduates who dream of building global careers. We set out to remove the barriers that keep opportunity out of reach and to make international work experience accessible to anyone with ambition—not just those with privilege, connections, or luck.
Today, that vision still guides every partnership we build. We work with over 4,000 employers across London, Singapore, New York, and beyond, helping them access driven, pre-vetted talent from around the world. For our partners, we don’t just provide interns—we deliver fresh perspectives, global diversity, and early-career talent ready to make an impact.
We’re now looking for a
Global Partnerships Associate
who’s excited by the idea of opening doors—both for companies and for young people. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind growing our employer network, building genuine relationships, and connecting the right companies with the right candidates.
You’ll introduce Capital Placement to new organisations, understand their needs, and showcase how our internship programs help them grow. You’ll help shape future opportunities for thousands of young people while giving employers access to global talent they wouldn’t find anywhere else.
This isn’t just about closing deals. It’s about building partnerships that change lives.
