Global People Services team as a Specialist, where you'll be an integral part of delivering a first-class experience to employees across the Americas region. This role is for a highly motivated and dedicated HR professional who thrives on a fast-paced team. We're looking for someone with strong influencing skills who can bring energy, collaborate with others, and contribute to an innovative environment.

As a GPS Specialist, you will own the employee lifecycle, serving as the primary point of contact for employees at every stage of their journey. From onboarding and career transitions to supporting wellbeing, relocations, and exits, you will ensure a consistent, supportive, and seamless experience. By managing these critical touchpoints, you’ll play a key role in shaping how employees experience the firm and in driving engagement across the organization.

What You'll Do
• Be a Trusted Advisor: Anticipate employee needs and resolve inquiries with a sense of urgency. Requiring handling complex issues and using your judgment to navigate "gray" areas, applying creative thinking to find solutions and using your expertise to interpret policies and provide guidance.
• Manage Risk: Exercise sound judgment in sensitive or high-impact situations to reduce risk to the business and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements. You will escalate issues appropriately and act as a safeguard for both employees and the firm.
• Drive Strategic Solutions: Identify trends in employee inquiries and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement proactive solutions. Clear and credible communication is essential for gaining alignment and managing differing views, especially when influencing without direct authority
• Build Relationships: Strengthen existing partnerships and forge new ones with stakeholders across HR and other departments. Your ability to build trust and credibility is key to your success.
• Anticipate Needs: Go beyond the immediate request to anticipate the employee's needs and provide comprehensive solutions.
• Drive an Enterprise Approach: Champion consistency and scalability by aligning local practices with global standards, ensuring that solutions consider both the employee experience and the needs of the wider organization. This includes balancing regional nuances with firmwide priorities to deliver a seamless, enterprise-level approach.
• Speed to Delivery: Drive outcomes efficiently, adapt to change, and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines and service level agreements. Ensure all work is of high quality, even when handling complex tasks and tight deadlines.

You'll Need to Have
  • A minimum of four years of relevant human resources experience (preferably HR Generalist experience), with a proven track record in a professional or specialist capacity.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage difficult conversations.
  • The ability to work with discretion, diplomacy, and tact in high-pressure situations.
  • Experience in a role where you've demonstrated a sense of urgency and responsiveness, consistently meeting deadlines and managing a high volume of work.
  • Experience building and maintaining solid client relationship
  • Ability to navigate the "gray" areas by applying judgment and thinking creatively when responding to customer needs.
  • Curiosity to learn and seek feedback to continuously grow and develop skills, stretching outside your comfort zone.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

Salary Range = 85000 - 100000 USD Annually + Benefits

The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
