Job Title: Global Procurement & Import Specialist (Retail)

Location: Nasr City

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Overseas Sourcing & Procurement Specialist to manage international suppliers and oversee Import / International Shipping activities to support retail operations. The role focuses on sourcing, cost control, planning, inventory management, and full coordination of shipping and customs processes to ensure smooth product flow and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overseas sourcing and supplier negotiations, including pricing, MOQs, lead time, and Incoterms (FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.) .
• Handle Import / International Shipping operations from the supplier to the warehouse.
• Coordinate Freight Forwarding / Shipping Logistics and ensure smooth transportation flow.
• Oversee Customs Clearance / Customs Procedures in compliance with local regulations.
• Review and manage Import Documentation, including Bill of Lading, Packing List, and Commercial Invoice .
• Monitor Import Duties, Taxes & Tariffs and control total landed cost.
• Ensure Supplier Compliance / Regulatory Compliance with quality and legal standards.
• Manage Port & Shipping Coordination with shipping lines, customs brokers, and logistics partners.
• Control Lead Time & Delivery Scheduling to ensure on-time arrivals.
• Maintain a strong background in Planning, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain Operations to avoid stock shortages or overstock.
• Collaborate with merchandising, planning, and supply chain teams to support retail performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail sourcing, procurement, or import operations.
• Strong knowledge of International Shipping, Customs Procedures, Import Documentation, and Incoterms .
• Solid background in Planning, Inventory, and Supply Chain Management .
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
