Reporting to the Global Quality Senior Director, you will own end-to-end Quality assurance for Integrated Services through a system-level quality and performance approach. Integrated Services execution is distributed across multiple product lines and third‑party partners; this role ensures the overall delivery system performs reliably and consistently through implementation of Weatherford quality system and process quality controls. The role enables, supports, and holds contributors accountable for outcomes related to quality and performance, focusing on systemic solutions that reduce/avoid quality events, rework, nonproductive time (NPT), and cost of poor quality (COPQ).
Responsibilities:
Own System‑Level Quality Outcomes:
- Act as the single owner of Quality Assurance for Integrated Services; ensure end‑to‑end execution performs as intended
- Translate Integrated Services objectives into clear performance / quality expectations for all contributors
Ensure alignment at interfaces (handovers, responsibilities, acceptance criteria) across the value chain
Ensure Service Readiness from a Quality Perspective:
- Maintain a system-level view of quality / performance; identify recurring patterns across projects, regions, product lines, and partners
- Use data and RCA to isolate systemic failure modes and prioritize the highest impact lever
Lead preventive solutions that reduce NPT, rework, and COPQ and improve execution consistency
Oversee service quality in execution and maintain customer interface:
- Work closely with Product Lines, respecting technical ownership while ensuring adherence to integrated delivery requirements
- Remove systemic blockers (unclear interfaces, redundant steps, inconsistent standards) that constrain performance
Drive transparent follow‑up: owners, due dates, and verification of corrective/preventive action effectiveness
Lead Quality incident response process for ISP:
- Define and align integrated quality/performance KPIs across product lines and partners with common definitions
- Lead Integrated Services service quality / performance reviews focused on learning, simplification, and improvement
- Ensure metrics drive end‑to‑end outcomes rather than local optimisation
Custodian of Project Readiness Assessment (PRA) for ISP projects:
- Own the PRA standard, toolkit, and governance for Integrated Services
- Ensure PRA is applied consistently across product lines and partners; readiness actions are risk‑based, implemented, and closed
Track PRA compliance and effectiveness as a leading indicator of execution performance
Supplier/Contractor Performance:
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Supplier Quality teams for partner engagement and quality performance improvement. • Conduct supplier audits for new partners or material/recurring performance issues
Translate partner performance insights into system-level improvement actions and accountability.
Engineering / Design‑to‑Execution Feedback Loop:
- Work with Engineering/Systems Engineering to remove defects from design and interfaces that drive field execution issues
Ensure lessons learned from execution are systematically embedded into engineering standards and practices
Required:
- Previous product line quality experience or quality leadership roles in Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) projects
- Strong background in project/operations execution environments; preferably Integrated Services, EPC/EPCI, or multi‑discipline operations
- Demonstrated ability to work across product lines with distinct technical ownership and third‑party partners
- Experience operating effectively within matrix organisations and distributed delivery models
- Quality Systems thinking in complex, multi‑discipline delivery environments
- Risk‑based thinking and structured problem solving
- Business process design and optimisation
Strong understanding of contractual quality obligations
Preferred:
- Experience in Systems Engineering, Process Improvement, Quality, HSE roles
- Exposure to delivery assurance, operational excellence, or systems integration roles
Lean / continuous improvement experience (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) in execution environments
