The position
As a Global Project Lead - CongressHub and analytics, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Drive the overall development and optimization of the CongressHub website to ensure a best-in-class customer experience and to ensure it supports business needs and targets
  • Lead the backlog of development items for CongressHub in close collaboration with key stake holders and areas in Novo Nordisk, ensuring optimal coordination and efficient use of resources internally and externally
  • Establish and maintain cross-functional collaboration to drive omnichannel and data insights ambitions for congresses.
  • Take a data-driven approach to optimize healthcare professional (HCP) experiences across CongressHub and the wider HCP+ ecosystem in Novo Nordisk
  • Lead and support various global omnichannel digital projects, ensuring timely deliverables and global-local alignment.
  • Act as a sparring partner for data and insight-related projects, contributing to the enhancement of customer experience.
  • Build strong relationships with global brand teams, IO teams, markets, and market OCE leads to support strategic priorities and ensure effective collaboration.
  • Drive innovation and explore new technologies to personalize customer experiences and enhance the development strategy.
  • Act as a frontrunner in shaping the future of Novo Nordisk’s omnichannel congress engagement strategy.

Qualifications
  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in relevant area .
  • At least 8 years of work experience with a minimum 5 years in multichannel/digital marketing, customer experience and digital platforms optimsation
  • Advance competencies in driving performance, stakeholder relationships, cross- functional processes, leveraging insights, strategy and tactics development, and digital/omnichannel customer engagement.
  • Advanced project management skills, including project initiation, planning, execution, risk management, budget management and completion.


About the department
Congress Excellence - Global Medical Affairs, Product & Portfolio Strategy, headquartered in Denmark, is part of Global Business Services (GBS) in Bangalore, India. The team comprises highly motivated project managers responsible for both onsite and digital congress planning and execution, alongside a dedicated graphic designer and copywriter. In close collaboration with the Global Medical Affairs teams in Denmark, we deliver clear, evidence-based scientific and medical communications about our products to the external scientific community. Our mission is to design and co-create exemplary engagement across all congress activities that support lead generation and increase visibility of Novo Nordisk congress initiatives. We operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on collaboration and teamwork.
