About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and internationally minded Global Real Estate Agent to join our Abu Dhabi team. This role focuses on working with clients from around the world, promoting UAE real estate opportunities globally, and delivering a seamless, culturally aware property‑buying experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and support international clients throughout the property search and transaction process.
- Promote Abu Dhabi real estate opportunities to global investors through calls, online meetings, and international outreach.
- Conduct virtual and in‑person property presentations, consultations, and market briefings.
- Advise clients on pricing, communities, market trends, and investment returns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas partners, brokers, and referral networks.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including negotiations, documentation, and closing.
- Maintain an updated portfolio of available properties and ensure accurate listing information.
- Represent the company at international exhibitions, roadshows, and events when required.
- Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate regulations and company standards.
- Maintain accurate records and follow‑ups using CRM systems.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in real estate sales, ideally with international clients or cross‑border transactions.
- Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market; Abu Dhabi experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are a strong advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
- ADREC/RERA certification is an advantage or willingness to obtain it.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital sales tools.
- Ability to travel for international events when needed.
