Role Overview

The position focuses on supporting buyers, sellers, and investors from around the world who are interested in Abu Dhabi’s residential and off‑plan property market. It requires strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to manage a full international sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Assist global clients with buying, selling, and investing in residential and off‑plan properties.
• Conduct property viewings, virtual tours, and tailored consultations across different time zones.
• Present community insights, pricing trends, and investment opportunities clearly and confidently.
• Communicate effectively with clients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
• Generate and manage international leads, follow up consistently, and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Negotiate offers and guide clients through the full transaction process, including documentation and closing.
• Build long‑term relationships with clients, developers, and international partners.
• Stay informed on new launches, market shifts, and developer offerings.
• Represent the company professionally at events, exhibitions, and global roadshows.

Requirements

• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, French, Spanish, Turkish, etc.) are a strong advantage.
• Experience in real estate or sales is preferred; motivated freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional appearance and a client‑focused approach.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
• Cultural awareness and confidence working with international clients.
