Global Recruitment Resourcer

The opportunity

With new project awards and growth in the business, a position has arisen to ensure the current and future staffing requirements are met on time and with the best available talent in the market.

This is a role for a successful global recruitment resourcer who would be responsible for identifying, screening and helping recruiters to select employees for Mace across India and other international locations.

You'll be responsible for:

• Identifying people with the right skills, right experience and right cultural fit for the Mace organisation.

• Screening and shortlisting resumes based on specific criteria, skills, platform, qualification and relevant experience.

• Presenting candidates, sourcing information, and additional data to recruiters.

• Scheduling candidate interviews working with recruitment managers.

• Maintaining constant communication with recruitment managers for completing recruitment process and procedures.

• Sourcing candidates through ATS/ CRM and other social media.

You'll need to have:

• Proficiency in MS Office and experienced in fast paced, complex environments and you’re confident partnering with stakeholders across multiple countries.

• Good knowledge with applicant tracking systems and other HR databases. Familiarity in social media and other professional networks.

• Ability to identify good cultural, behavioural and technical fit for the business.

• Strong background in resourcing within construction/property/engineering sector.

• English and Indian language skills are a significant advantage.
