The Global Sales Go-To-Market (GTM) Excellence team accelerates Sales growth by driving a best-in-class GTM strategy, championing sport priorities through inspiring tools and experiences, and leading operational excellence across geographies.


The Showrooms & Samples Digital Lead will join the Global Sales Showrooms & Samples team, where our goal is to inspire and lead through bold innovation and relentless collaboration. Advocating for the Geos, we strive to set the standard for excellence and sell-in experiences.


This is a highly cross-functional role that will partner closely within Global Sales, Digital content creation, Geo Sales and GTM teams.


WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a highly collaborative and strategic individual to help drive Global Sales growth by advocating on behalf of the Geographies. This individual will help in leading the creation and execution of our future Showrooms and Samples digital strategy, blending both physical and digital seamlessly. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital content, Sales, operations and communication.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.

  • A minimum of 6 years directly relevant work experience

  • Proven ability to drive results in dynamic environments through cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning and management, and proactive problem-solving.

  • Ability to think strategically AND be able to dive into the details.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with experience in meeting facilitation, presentations, and managing multiple priorities.

  • Excellent business acumen with knowledge of our Sales and Sell-in processes.

  • Familiarity with digital content production, sample operations, and showroom experiences.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.


WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

The Showroom & Samples Digital Lead is responsible for managing digital sample availability, operations, and ensuring alignment with concept and product priorities as well as Geo business drivers. You will work closely with Geo GTM teams to help bring seasonal stories to life through digital experiences in our Showrooms. You will help define and provide feedback on our digital Sales sample strategies, while working back with our Geo showroom partners to ensure adoption and relevance.

  • Manage and ensure digital sample availability for Seasonal Readiness and sales tools.

  • Work closely with partners in digital content creation to drive efficiency and ensure coverage of critical styles (GTM Studio, Digital Creation & Sell in Assets teams).

  • Shape and drive strategy and alignment on the right mix of physical and digital samples seasonally.

  • Collaborate to reduce over-sampling, supplementing physical samples with digital experiences.

  • Utilizing digital assets to elevate seasonal storytelling by combining the power of digital and physical experiences.

  • Provide ongoing feedback and Geo insights to upstream partners.

  • Become a trusted voice for Global Sales Samples in keep it tight (KIT) digital content and usage.
