As a Talent & Organization (T&O) professional in the S&C Global Network, you will help clients across industries accelerate talent transformation, AI‑powered workforce capability building, and organizational change. Using your expertise in AI‑centric design, behavior change, and talent development, you will shape innovative strategies and solutions that enable clients to build present-relevant, future‑ready, agile, AI‑enabled workforce. You will play a pivotal role in guiding organizations through complex transformations and enabling smooth, people‑centered transitions.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct talent and capability needs analysis aligned to business priorities; identify critical skill gaps and design AI‑powered, talent‑first development strategies and interventions.
  • Introduce innovative, AI‑centric approaches into talent solutions as business priorities evolve.
  • Establish project foundations by defining processes, governance, team structures, and agile ways of working; manage workplans, mitigate risks, and drive seamless delivery.
  • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams of learning designers, media designers, technical developers, data modelers, as needed, across locations to create high‑impact, talent‑focused, digitally enhanced workforce solutions.
  • Manage external partners within the talent ecosystem to support capability-building initiatives when required.
  • Own budget, scope, timeline, product quality, and delivery efforts for AI‑powered capability development solutions across multiple programs, ensuring alignment with internal and client stakeholders.
  • Track project performance and deliver clear reporting to stakeholders through multiple forums.
  • Demonstrate agility by continuously adapting talent solutions to changing business and workforce needs.
  • Contribute to organizational and practice-wide priorities including innovation, thought leadership, and asset development.
  • Support business development by shaping proposals, identifying new opportunities, and cultivating strong client relationships.

Essential Qualifications

Professional & Technical Skills

  • Graduate/Postgraduate preferably with background in HR, talent development, or organizational sciences.
  • Preferred qualifications: MA/Diploma in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Cognitive Sciences, MBA, PMP.
  • 10+ years of experience in workforce capability development, digital talent experiences, or related domains.
  • 5+ years leading large-scale corporate capability programs for global clients and managing geographically distributed teams.
  • Experience delivering agile, AI‑supported capability transformation initiatives in fast‑paced environments.
  • Proven expertise designing and delivering talent development solutions for enterprise technology transformations, leadership journeys, and behavioral capability programs across industries.
  • Strong experience working with global clients and cross‑cultural teams.
  • Consulting experience in designing, developing, and implementing talent and performance solutions.
  • Ability to build strategic client relationships, identify opportunities, and convert them into business engagements.
  • Experience applying AI‑powered or next‑generation digital technologies to talent and capability challenges.
  • Expertise in at least one niche area such as talent experience design, capability architecture, AI‑enhanced workforce design, or immersive experience technologies.

Preferable Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of performance‑based talent models, workforce behavior science, and modern capability development principles.
  • Deep awareness of emerging and disruptive technologies shaping industries and their talent implications.
  • Proven project management capabilities to manage multiple priorities while delivering high‑quality outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data for strategic decisions.
  • Ability to operate effectively in an agile, evolving, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
  • Strong expertise in evaluating talent development materials, proposals, budgets, effort, and resource needs.
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships at all levels.
  • Experience using rapid digital content tools and workforce enablement platforms (LMS/LXP), though now positioned within AI‑powered talent ecosystems.
  • Structured problem‑solving, strong business acumen, and a holistic enterprise perspective.
  • Excellent communication skills—visual, verbal, and written.
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, and people leadership skills.
  • High cultural agility and global mindset.
  • Strong program and team management capabilities.
