Job Summary:

We are looking for a Global SEO Specialist to lead and execute SEO strategies across multiple countries and markets. The role focuses on driving organic traffic growth, improving keyword rankings globally, and optimizing content for international audiences. You will work closely with content, marketing, and development teams to scale SEO performance worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute global SEO strategies for multiple regions and languages

· Perform international keyword research (US, UK, EU, APAC, etc.)

· Optimize on-page SEO (content, metadata, internal linking, schema)

· Manage technical SEO (site audits, page speed, crawlability, indexing)

· Implement and manage hreflang and country/language targeting

· Analyze SEO performance using analytics and reporting tools

· Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and ROI across regions

· Collaborate with content writers to align content with SEO goals

· Monitor competitors and global SEO trends

· Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices

Tools & Technologies:

· Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4)

· Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog

· Google Keyword Planner

· PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse

· CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, custom CMS)

· Excel / Google Sheets

· Basic HTML, CSS knowledge

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field

· Proven experience as an SEO Specialist for global/international websites

· Strong understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO

· Experience handling multi-language and multi-country SEO

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with content-driven SEO and editorial planning

· Knowledge of JavaScript SEO

· Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO)

· Experience working with remote global teams
