The role:
We are looking for a creative, curious, and hands-on Global Social Media Lead to manage and grow our social channels. In this role, you will help shape and execute our social and content strategy across Instagram and LinkedIn, while monitoring emerging platforms and staying on top of social trends.
Part of a small marketing team, you’ll be both strategic and execution-focused, creating content, engaging with our community, tracking performance, and testing new ideas that strengthen our corporate and employer brand. This is a great role for someone ready to step up, take ownership, and grow quickly.

Key responsibilities
Social strategy & execution
Contribute to and help execute the global social media strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
Translate high-level brand and business priorities into regular and consistent social content.
Manage the social media calendar.
Content creation & coordination
Create platform-specific content (short-form copy, visuals, basic video edits, stories, posts, reels).
Brainstorm creative campaign ideas that drive community growth and engagement.
Work closely with design to develop social assets where needed.
Community management
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and support community-building efforts.
Monitor conversations, brand mentions, and relevant industry topics.
Support employer brand and recruitment content by highlighting culture, people stories, and thought leadership on Instagram.
Analytics, tracking & reporting
Track KPIs across channels and create regular performance reports.
Identify insights and make recommendations to improve content and channel performance.
Stay informed on competitor activity, cultural trends, and platform updates. [BP1]
Platform trends & experimentation
Monitor emerging platforms and new social features; propose tests or pilot initiatives.
Apply best practices for formats, hashtags, publishing cadence, and engagement tactics.

Qualifications & skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
Experience
2–3 years’ experience in social media management.
Hands-on experience managing content calendars and posting across Instagram and LinkedIn.
Basic content creation skills (writing, Canva or similar tools, light video editing).
Strong understanding of social metrics and analytics dashboards.
Other necessary skills:
Creative thinker with a strong awareness of social trends, cultural moments, and digital storytelling.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a small marketing team.
Curious, proactivey, and a willing to test and learn.

Working hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 AM PKT (Monday to Friday)

Compensation & benefits:
Benefits: EOBI contributions as per Pakistan’s labor laws.
