We're seeking a Global Sourcing & Negotiations Manager to drive vendor partnerships, deliver cost efficiencies, and influence product strategy across multiple merchandise categories. This is a highly collaborative role that bridges Merchandising, Product Development, and Global Vendor Relations - ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international retail environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business goals and financial targets.
  • Lead vendor negotiations to secure the best product mix at optimal margins, balancing quality, speed, and cost.
  • Serve as the central point of contact across Vendors, Agents, Merchants, and Product Teams, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution throughout the sourcing process.
  • Maintain and analyze costing data, market trends, and supplier performance to drive informed decisions.
  • Identify and evaluate new suppliers based on capabilities, capacity, pricing, and financial health.
  • Develop and manage a supplier strategy to grow, maintain, or adjust vendor partnerships based on performance and business needs.
  • Leverage data and research - including retail math, production timing, logistics, and sustainability metrics - to turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Monitor global sourcing risks and opportunities related to macroeconomic, regulatory, and market shifts.
  • Execute special projects focused on efficiency, innovation, and cost optimization.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in sourcing, global procurement, or merchandising operations within retail, wholesale, or consumer goods.
  • Proven track record leading complex vendor negotiations and managing supplier relationships at scale.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to tailor approach to different audiences.
  • Knowledge of production timelines, retail math, logistics, and international trade regulations.
  • Experience identifying efficiencies and driving value through data, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
