The Global Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for driving data-informed improvements across the Toptracer Range Supply Chain by supporting or leading projects that enhance operational efficiency, visibility, and performance, & assisting in maintaining the ongoing operations through supply availability and warehouse management. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (PTP to OTC), and expertise in SAP ERP and planning tools. The Analyst will translate data and process insights into actionable strategies that support global supply chain goals and deliver measurable business impact.

Provides reporting that monitors and analyzes KPIs, stock levels & product lifecycle, proposing process and system changes that drives continuous improvements to improve efficiencies and business deliverables.

Work closely with business users to understand reporting requirements that provide actionable insights, analyze fit/gaps for business processes, translating requirements into specs, writing business process documents to ensure system solution in place to drive results.

Assists with project management; communication with stakeholders, users, and developers; functional unit tests; user acceptance tests; cutover tasks, and ongoing support.

Serve as part of the TTR Global Supply Chain broader team by supporting Supply Chain operations, logistics & procurement as needed to ensure functionality across international warehouses & business units.

Assists in driving, prioritizing, and managing system changes, along with defect management, for improvements, enhancements, expansions. Provides user-level training for associated impacts.

Work cross-functionally with other teams/departments within the Toptracer business towards unified operational goals & objectives.

Participates in System project and design reviews and ensure that these meet design principles and standards needed for Global Supply Chain to meet business deliverables.

Works with the SAP Master Data Lead to provide functional support for Master Data Governance and Master Data troubleshooting to ensure various components work together to meet operational requirements.
