Global Supply Chain Manager

To support our rapid growth, we are seeking a visionary Global Supply Chain Manager to transform our supply chain into a global benchmark of efficiency, reliability, and innovation.

Role Overview

The Global Supply Chain Manager will be the architect and leader of EELAF’s entire supply chain across multiple geographies. This role goes beyond operational management — it is about building a scalable, globally integrated supply chain system that ensures seamless procurement, optimized inventory, agile logistics, and flawless order fulfillment.

The successful candidate will act as a strategic business partner , aligning supply chain performance with sales growth, financial objectives, and customer satisfaction across diverse regional and international markets.

Key Duties & Responsibilities Global Strategy & Leadership
  • Design and implement a global supply chain strategy that integrates operations across all markets.
  • Lead multi-country supply chain teams, setting global standards, KPIs, and compliance frameworks.
  • Build supply chain resilience by identifying global risks and creating contingency plans.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align supply chain with expansion into new territories.
Procurement & Global Vendor Management
  • Establish a global sourcing network of high-quality, cost-effective suppliers.
  • Negotiate international contracts, ensuring compliance with local regulations and trade laws.
  • Develop long-term partnerships with global suppliers and logistics providers.
Inventory & Warehouse Management
  • Implement global inventory optimization strategies, reducing costs while ensuring product availability.
  • Standardize warehouse operations across multiple geographies to achieve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Leverage ERP systems ( Odoo ) to enable real-time visibility and control of stock worldwide.
Logistics & Distribution
  • Develop international logistics frameworks for import/export, customs clearance, and cross-border shipping.
  • Optimize last-mile delivery networks for B2B customers across regions.
  • Ensure on-time, cost-efficient, and compliant distribution globally.
Cross-Functional & Customer Alignment
  • Partner with Sales Operations to integrate demand planning with supply capacity.
  • Work with Finance to align procurement, inventory, and logistics strategies with budget and cash flow targets.
  • Support Customer Service by proactively solving delivery challenges and enhancing the client experience.
Continuous Improvement & Digitalization
  • Drive digital transformation in the supply chain through automation, data analytics, and ERP enhancements.
  • Benchmark against global best practices and implement innovative models (e.g., demand forecasting, AI-driven inventory planning).
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous learning across the supply chain organization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA or international certification is a plus).
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in global or multi-country supply chain management , including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in B2B distribution or electronics/technology sectors .
  • Deep understanding of ERP systems ( Odoo preferred ) and advanced data analytics.
  • Strong global vendor management and international trade experience.
  • Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic & English (French or Chinese is a strong advantage).
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, multi-country environments.
