Global Supply Chain Manager
who is curious, ambitious, and ready to work in diverse cultures and complex, non-standard environments.
Key Responsibilities

Arrange, coordinate, and oversee the global transportation of raw materials, primarily via rail and sea, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Optimize routing, scheduling, and carrier selection while managing logistics flows from Central Asian states to international destinations.

Collect, analyze, and utilize data from manufacturing partners and international suppliers to maintain reliable, efficient, and controlled supply chains.

Monitor market and operational conditions, proactively identify risks, and implement innovative, cost-effective transportation solutions.

Ensure a high level of operational service by managing disruptions, resolving exceptions, and maintaining effective communication with clients and partners.

Lead logistics and supply chain projects from initiation to completion, collaborating closely with internal teams and global offices.

Stay updated on transportation, logistics regulations, industry trends, and market developments.

Manage operational and project documentation using internal systems and digital tools to ensure accuracy, compliance, and transparency.
What We Expect from You

5+ years of experience in project management within logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.

Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and responsibility.

Collaborative team player with strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.

Excellent negotiation and communication abilities, with proven experience managing international stakeholders and partners.
