About this Position

The PIM/DAM Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our e-Commerce and B2B business initiatives, ensuring that product information is accurately reflected across all digital platforms. This position involves collecting and maintaining product information and digital assets, coordinating approval processes, and ensuring timely and accurate updates in our PIM (Product Information Management) and DAM (Digital Asset Management) systems

What you´ll do

  • Information Collection & Coordination: Assist brand/project managers and business stakeholders in product content collection, approval / sign off and release into PIM, along with reviewing the data as the country specifics
  • Content Upload: uploading product content into the PIM system + ready respective content in upstream systems via DAM (Pack shot check, marketing materials check)
  • Digital Asset Management: Support the collection and validation of the product digital assets in the DAM tool.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with all stakeholders involved in the PIM and DAM systems processes, Track timelines, remind stakeholders to deliver their input, validate inputs, and escalate issues to project owners as needed

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or any related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (verbal and written) is a must.
  • Experience: Experience in Administrative, Project Coordination & Strong project management skills.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel is an advantage, Previous experience with tools like DevOps and digital visual tools like (Microsoft whiteboard, Miro, Visio) is a plus
  • Skills: Detail Orientation, Strong attention to detail, Pro-activity, Organizational, Teamwork and Strong verbal and written communication
