Your Mission

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Global Talent Acquisition & Talent Management Specialist to design, implement, and manage Recruitment initiatives that support business growth needs, talent development and business growth across our international operations. The ideal candidate will bring a global mindset, strong instructional design capabilities, and a deep passion for enabling employee development at all levels.

Your Impact

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Design and execute scalable, innovative global recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast talent needs and build proactive pipelines.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience (Offers/contracts, onboarding and orientation plans for new colleagues)
• Utilise data-driven insights to optimise sourcing, selection, and hiring efficiency.
• Build and maintain partnerships with educational institutions for succession planning, internship and apprenticeship programs.
• Ensure talent requirements and needs are in line with global business needs.
• Ensure candidate experience supports luxury brand reputation and aligned to EVP.

Performance Management

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of global performance management programs.
• Partner with leadership to align performance goals with business strategy.
• Create and implement tools and frameworks to measure, assess, and improve employee performance.
• Lead performance reviews globally with Line Managers to ensure compliance and execution of performance management and appraisals full cycle.

Your Expertise

• Experience in a fast-paced, multinational organisation
• Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable recruitment and development initiatives.
• Experience with recruitment platforms, such as LinkedIn, Taleo, Sniperhire, Oracle.
• Strong instructional design and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in multicultural, international environments.
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, performance management, or talent development in a global organisation.
• Luxury retail experience would be highly desirable
