ADP is hiring a Global Talent & Development Operations Specialist.
In this role, you will be a key member of the Global Talent & Development (GTD) Operations team, responsible for supporting select GTD team programs and processes.
You will partner daily with global stakeholder groups, primarily within the GTD organization to support different global programs and manage trainer and learner information in the learning system.
This is a great opportunity for someone with learning operations experience looking to build their experience in the talent, leadership, and career development space. This person will need to be successful managing multiple priorities and deadlines, coordinating ongoing tasks, and identifying ongoing improvements.
Eligibility: Minimum 3 years’ experience in Learning Management System, excellent communication skills, reporting skills and session management

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job.
If you don't have a college degree, other acceptable experiences could include 5 years' experience with talent development or learning processes as outlined above.
