Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled, curious, and adaptable Global Talent Sourcer to support both U.S. and international hiring needs.Â
This is not a trainee-level role. You will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and screening top talent across technical and non-technical functions, helping shape the quality of teams we deliver to our clients.Â
Approximately 1-2 years of hands-on sourcing experience is sufficient, provided you demonstrate strong sourcing fundamentals, sound judgment, and a proactive mindset.Â

Key Responsibilities

Source, identify, and engage top-tier talent for U.S. and global roles (technical and non-technical)Â

Conduct initial screening interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fitÂ

Prepare and submit comprehensive candidate packages, including:Â

Reference checks (if applicable)Â

Written recommendation explaining candidate fitÂ

Build and maintain global talent pipelinesÂ

Utilize sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, and networkingÂ

Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing strategiesÂ

Stay informed on regional hiring trends and market challengesÂ

Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring processÂ
What You Bring

Proven experience in global and U.S. talent sourcingÂ

Ability to adapt sourcing strategies across different marketsÂ

Experience sourcing both technical and non-technical rolesÂ

Strong command of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS, job boards)Â

Confidence conducting virtual interviews (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)Â

Must currently reside in PakistanÂ

Employment Type: Contract (40+ hours per week)Â

For this role, the workweek will follow U.S. Monday-Friday business days. Team members based in Pakistan must align to the U.S. workweek (Monday through Friday), even though local weekend days may differ.Â
Compensation (PKR):Â

During 90-day probation period:Â 70,000 PKR per monthÂ
