Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled, curious, and adaptable Global Talent Sourcer to support both U.S. and international hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, identify, and engage top-tier talent for U.S. and global roles (technical and non-technical)

  • Confidence conducting virtual interviews (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Must currently reside in Pakistan
