Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced US IT Technical Recruiter with a strong background in full-cycle technical recruitment for the US market. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 contract models, solid understanding of US visa classifications, and expertise in sourcing through platforms like Dice and LinkedIn Sales Navigator using advanced Boolean search techniques.

This role requires someone who understands the urgency, compliance, and competitiveness of the US staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities

-Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)

-Source candidates using Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.

-Build and execute advanced Boolean search strings

-Screen candidates for technical skills, visa status, relocation, and rate expectations

-Work on various contract types: W2, C2C, 1099, Full-time

-Understand and validate US work authorization and visa categories

-Negotiate pay rates, bill rates, and contract terms

-Coordinate interviews and follow up with clients and candidates

-Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS regularly

-Ensure compliance with US employment regulations

Required Knowledge & Expertise

1. US Visa & Work Authorization Knowledge

Strong understanding of:

-H1B

-H4 EAD

-OPT / CPT

-GC (Green Card)

-US Citizen

-TN Visa

-E3 Visa

Must be able to verify:

-Visa validity

-Sponsorship requirements

-Transfer process timelines

2.Contract & Employment Models

Hands-on experience working with:

W2

C2C (Corp-to-Corp)

1099

Full-Time (Permanent Placement)

Understanding of:

Bill rates vs pay rates

Vendor layers

Implementation partners

MSP/VMS model

3. Sourcing & Tools Expertise

Mandatory experience with:

-Dice

-LinkedIn Recruiter / Sales Navigator

-Monster

-CareerBuilder

-ATS Experience (any of the following):

-Bullhorn

-JobDiva

-Ceipal

-Zoho Recruit

-Greenhouse

4. Technical Domain Experience

Must have experience hiring for roles such as:

-Java / .NET Developers

-DevOps Engineers

-Cloud Engineers (AWS/Azure/GCP)

-Data Engineers / Data Scientists

-Business Analysts

-SAP / Oracle Consultants

-QA Automation Engineers

-Full Stack Developers

Required Skills

-Strong communication and negotiation skills

-Ability to work under tight deadlines

-Experience working with direct clients and implementation partners

-Strong understanding of rate negotiation

-Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously

-Excellent pipeline management skills
