We are looking for a Global Trade Finance and Operation Specialist with a relevant academic background and solid experience in international trade operations, finance processes. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in managing international purchase and sales orders, working with financial instruments and a strong understanding of incentive and customs regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• End-to-end management of international purchase order and sales order transactions
• Issuing and processing import and export invoices, and preparing complete sets of documents (Bill of Lading, ATR, EUR1, etc.).
• Opening, reviewing, and managing Letter of Credit (L/C) processes in coordination with banks, ensuring operations are conducted without reservations.
• Monitoring supplier financing and payment terms; taking necessary actions for timely collection of receivables.
• Monitoring export commitments.
• Managing application and follow-up processes for export incentives and grants provided by the Ministry of Trade and other institutions.
• Monitoring credit limits and managing Eximbank/Receivables Insurance processes within the scope of customer risk management.
• Collaborating with the supply chain unit to oversee transportation organisation and customs clearance processes.
Qualifications
• A bachelor’s degree in related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in global trade operations, especially in international purchase order and sales order transactions, financial instruments (Letters of Credit, Eximbank) and incentive legislation.
• Advanced knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and customs legislation.
• Excellent command of English (active in written and spoken communication).
• Proficient in using ERP systems (Logo, Sage, NetSuit, SAP) and MS Office applications (especially Excel).
• Highly attentive, detail-oriented, and able to foresee operational risks.
