Global Training Specialist

What We Need
CORPAY is currently looking to hire a Global Training Specialist within our Human Resources division. This position falls under Learning and Development and is a remote position. In this role, you will partner with HR and other departments and lines of business to provide development and growth needs and support the design, coordination, and delivery of training programs across our global workforce. Reporting directly to the Global Training Manager, the Global Training Specialist will manage day-to-day program administration, assist in content creation, facilitate training sessions, and contribute to special projects that drive learning and employee engagement. By bridging the gap between the organization’s objectives and individual employee growth, the Global Training Specialist helps maintain our company’s competitive edge through continuous learning and development. You will report directly Global Training Manager and regularly collaborate with other internal departments across the global organization.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:
  • Managing end-to-end logistics for global training programs, including scheduling, invitations, registration, attendance, and completion tracking.
  • Maintaining accurate training data and generate reports to measure participation and completion.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for training-related inquiries.
  • Providing administrative and operational support for global L&D projects as required.
  • Adhering to company rules, regulations, and policies as currently in effect or as subsequently adopted or modified.
  • Designing and developing engaging training programs and materials (e.g., slides, facilitator guides, job aids, e-learning modules).
  • Delivering learning sessions across multiple formats (virtual, in-person, blended) for employees across regions.
  • Supporting translation, localization, and adaptation of global content to meet regional needs and ensure inclusivity.
  • Conducting training needs assessments and partner with departments to identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning solutions.
  • Searching for gaps in training content and update materials to drive higher productivity and growth.
  • Facilitating learning programs across departments and business lines, including leadership programs, onboarding, and skills development campaigns.
  • Establishing and maintaining learning programs tailored for executives as well as employees at all levels.
  • Evaluating program effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and feedback, and recommend improvements as needed.
  • Researching and recommending new learning technologies, trends, and best practices to strengthen the global L&D strategy.
  • Leading programs to assist employees with career transitions across departments and roles.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with client stakeholders, providing day-to-day communication on project status and changes.
  • Coordinating internal and external resources to ensure training initiatives remain within scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Managing the scope of programs throughout their lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and mitigating risks.
  • Reporting program outcomes and risks to appropriate management channels, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional project staff to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
  • Assisting with internal communications, marketing, and promotion of learning opportunities.
  • Supporting special projects or other tasks assigned by leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
  • High School Education or equivalent, required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Leadership or HR.
  • HR and/or L&D professional certifications preferred
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Thorough knowledge of HR and L&D principles and best practices.
  • Experience coaching project teams to produce desired results.
  • Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/365 Suite; comfortable with virtual collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom, WebEx).
  • Experience facilitating both in-person and virtual training sessions.
