GLOBAL VISA CONSULTANT

Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Global Visa Consultant to manage client interactions and drive sales for visa services across multiple countries. The consultant will guide clients through the visa application process, recommend the most suitable visa options, and promote value-added services such as premium processing, travel insurance, or express delivery. The role requires collaboration with operations teams to ensure timely submission, follow-up, and approval of visas while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult clients on visa requirements for different countries based on travel plans
• Promote and sell value-added services such as premium processing, travel insurance, or document verification
• Track visa applications and ensure timely submission, follow-ups, and approvals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
• Handle client queries, escalations, and provide professional guidance throughout the visa process
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining service quality standards
• Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth processing and client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Experience in visa consultancy or travel operations
• In-depth knowledge of visa processes and global travel regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with attention to detail
