Job Summary

The General Manager Finance will lead and oversee the organization’s core finance operations, ensuring financial accuracy, operational efficiency, strategic planning, and compliance with corporate policies and international accounting standards.

The role requires a highly analytical finance professional capable of managing large teams across Receivable, Payable, Revenue, Reporting, Financial Planning, and Enterprise Finance functions. The candidate will work closely with senior management to support strategic financial decision-making and drive process optimization initiatives.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, hands-on financial management experience, and preferably exposure to Healthcare IT or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage overall finance operations and reporting.
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Revenue functions.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Monitor financial controls, compliance, and audit requirements.
  • Analyze financial performance and support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage and mentor finance teams across multiple functions.
  • Coordinate with operational departments for process improvement and efficiency.
  • Drive financial planning, KPI monitoring, and cost optimization initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • CA Finalist or Qualified Chartered Accountant.
  • Minimum relevant experience in managing diversified finance operations.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams in; (a)Receivable (b)Payable (c)Revenue (d)Reporting (e)Planning (f) Enterprise Finance Functions.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and internal controls.
  • Experience with ERP systems, financial software, and advanced Excel reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience in Healthcare IT, Medical Billing, or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
  • Exposure to international business operations and global reporting structures.
  • Experience in process automation, business intelligence, or finance transformation initiatives will be considered an advantage.
