GM Operations

We require a GM – Operations for a manufacturing industry.

Qualification : B. Tech ( mech)

Experience : 15-25 years

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across production, quality, dispatch, and supply chain.
• Ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of production schedules.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to increase efficiency.
• Manage and mentor department heads (Production, Quality, SCM, Maintenance).
• Prepare and monitor operational budgets, cost controls, and resource allocation.
• Maintain high-quality standards throughout the operational processes.
• Coordinate with management, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Present operational reports, analysis, and improvement plans to top management.
• Develop continuous safety training programs and conduct audits.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
