
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure tasks and projects are completed on time.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role (preferably supporting senior management).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Discretion and confidentiality are a must.

Experience:
- Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
