GM Secretary

Doha, Qatar

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure tasks and projects are completed on time.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role (preferably supporting senior management).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

  • Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Management (Preferred)
