GM Technical

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced GM Technical to join our esteemed organization in the construction industry. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all technical aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and implement technical strategies to improve project efficiency and execution.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and resources needed.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address technical challenges, and maintain quality control.
• Oversee the preparation and review of technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and innovation within the technical teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a technical leadership role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management, and engineering principles.
• Minimum 7 years experience
