Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented GMN Product IV&V Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to work as a technical staff member supporting the GMD engineering, development, test, and delivery activities.
What You'll Be Doing:
Assist the Government in managing Software, Hardware-in-the-Loop, Firmware, and Cyber activities for Ground Systems Products including software packages; Monthly Software Deliverables; IV&V, Cyber and Software Assurance testing results; Monthly Metrics Review; Weekly Contractor GMN Software Dashboard Review
Provide oversight of the Prime Contractor development team to include Weekly Review of Internal JIRA Dashboards, coordinating software drops, and reviewing SCRUM Results
Assist the Government in integrating the multiple software builds with the DevSecOps team, reviewing dashboards, briefing status to Government Leadership, chair weekly GMN Software IPT meeting, attending multiple reviews and meetings as required, and coordinate schedule information to stakeholders
Support Ground Systems personnel in transitioning to DevSecOps/digital engineering
Assist the Government in preparation, conduct, and after action responsibilities for system requirements reviews, design reviews, project status reviews, site inspections, installation and acceptance test plans/events, fielding readiness reviews, and operational readiness reviews
Develop and present technical reports and briefings including support to the Engineering Review Boards (ERB) and Operational Capacity List (OCL) approval process
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
MA/MS degree and 12+ years of relevant experience or a BA/BS degree and 20+ years of experience
Active Secret clearance
Experience defining requirements and developing program plans and metrics
Ability to function well in a team environment.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Experience with Missile Defense Agency systems
