Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced GMP / Cleanroom Cleaning Supervisor to lead operations within critical environments. This role is responsible for overseeing cleaning teams, ensuring compliance with GMP standards, and maintaining the highest level of cleanliness and regulatory adherence.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who understands cleanroom protocols and thrives in highly regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily cleaning operations in GMP and cleanroom environments (ISO classifications, Grades B, C, D)
• Train, coach, and develop cleaning technicians on proper procedures and compliance standards
• Ensure adherence to GMP, SOPs, and client-specific protocols
• Conduct inspections, audits, and quality control checks
• Manage staffing schedules, attendance, and performance
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and facility managers
• Maintain documentation including cleaning logs, deviation reports, and training records
• Support onboarding of new accounts and implementation of cleaning programs
• Ensure proper use of PPE, chemicals, and cleanroom equipment

Qualifications (REQUIRED)

• 3+ years of experience in GMP / cleanroom cleaning supervision
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or aseptic manufacturing environments
• Strong knowledge of:
• GMP regulations
• Cleanroom protocols and contamination control
• ISO classifications (ISO 5–8) or Grades A–D
• Experience managing teams in regulated environments
• Ability to read and follow SOPs, batch records, and compliance documentation
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with environmental monitoring support
• Knowledge of FDA, USP <797>/<800>, or similar regulatory standards
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
• Experience with electrostatic disinfection or advanced cleaning technologies
