- Schedule: Full time| 1st Shift available on weekends

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll lead by example balancing active, on-the-floor custodial work with team supervision to keep our spaces clean, safe, and guest-ready. What You’ll Do
Inspect facilities for cleanliness, completed work, and maintenance needs.- Supervise custodial staff during shifts and monitor overall performance.
- Plan, assign, and oversee daily cleaning tasks and minor projects.
- Enforce department policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Maintain and monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Prepare reports on work activities and operational needs.
- Support hiring efforts, including assisting with interviews and staff selection.
- Partner with management to ensure proper staffing levels and scheduling.
- Assist with budgeting for staff, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Perform hands-on custodial duties, including cleaning, restocking, and maintaining facility standards.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2–5 years of custodial/housekeeping experience.
- 2–5 years of supervisory experience or training (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Strong knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety practices.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn systems such as ADP.
- Ability to build positive working relationships with team members and guests.
- Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in a busy environment.
- Willingness to learn and follow company policies, procedures, and state regulations.
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain and maintain a Minnesota Racing Commission gaming license.
