GNM Nursing Staff for ICU and Wards

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients, including monitoring vital signs and managing daily activities.
• Assist in personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility of patients.
• Ensure patient comfort and respond promptly to their need
• Medical Assistance:
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures.
• Prepare and maintain medical equipment and supplies.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
• Report any changes in patient conditions to the medical team promptly.
• Complete the IPD/MRD file post patient discharge
• Infection Control:
• Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Educate patients and families on hygiene practices to prevent infections.
• Community Health:
• Participate in health education programs and community outreach initiatives.
• Provide maternal and child healthcare services, including immunizations and antenatal care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
