We are looking for a Go-to-Market (GTM) Efficiency Project Manager to join our Sales team based in Istanbul. The role will report to Go-to-Market Transformation Manager and will be responsible for designing the future Route-to-Market structure, enhancing field effectiveness and strengthening customer data governance. Responsibilities include oversight of route optimization and customer management processes across Turkiye operations, in close collaboration with sales leadership and cross-functional teams, to ensure sustainable and effective GTM model.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the design and continuous improvement of Turkiye’s route-to-market structure across all sales channels
  • Lead territory balancing, visit frequency planning and workload distribution to ensure optimized field coverage.
  • Monitor and improve field KPIs such as coverage, cost-to-serve and route efficiency.
  • Lead periodic optimization cycles in line with commercial priorities and business needs.
  • Manage headcount planning and structural adjustments based on performance and growth dynamics.
  • Lead the Customer Management team responsible for customer master data accuracy and system integrity.
  • Oversee customer lifecycle processes including openings, closures, segmentation updates, and channel transitions.
  • Ensure channel structures and customer classifications are aligned with local commercial strategy.
  • Identify and implement efficiency opportunities in fleet utilization, territory structure and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams to execute cross-functional improvement initiatives.
  • Provide structured analysis and insights to support decision-making within the Turkiye commercial organization.
  • Ensure that global tools transitions are effectively coordinated with the relevant teams to guarantee seamless integration of systems into business operations.
Qualifications:
  • Key Skills/Experience Required
  • Min. 7 years of work experience (min. 2 yrs GTM, sales and strategy functions experience)
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written
  • Structured and data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and innovative thinking
  • Capability to perform complex analysis and draw conclusions to support the right business decisions
  • High level of business acumen – must be commercially savvy, with strong analytical skills
  • Strong planning, organizing and follow-up skills together with strong analytical thinking
  • Can do attitude and willingness to take on challenges
  • Strong negotiation and collaboration skills
