Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Go-to-Market Manager , based in Riyadh , to lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies specifically for the KSA market, in partnership with our distributor, Axiom X Group.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining clear GTM plans, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless execution across all stages of the go-to-market lifecycle within KSA.

This role includes analyzing local market dynamics, customer segments, and competitive positioning in KSA to shape effective launch strategies and optimize market entry. The Go-to-Market Manager will also be responsible for tracking performance, gathering insights, and continuously refining GTM approaches to drive business growth in the KSA market.

Strong project management, strategic thinking, and stakeholder alignment skills are essential for success in this role.


Key Responsibilities


Product Positioning & Value Proposition

•Define target customer segments for ttec’s product portfolio (mass market, premium, youth, corporate, etc.)

•Analyze customer needs and usage scenarios in the mobile accessories market

•Clearly define product-level value propositions, including performance, design, pricing, durability, and warranty

•Position products against global and local competitors to ensure clear differentiation


Go-To-Market Strategy

•Develop end-to-end launch plans for new products and product families

•Create and execute go-to-market strategies specifically for the KSA market

•Contribute to pricing and product bundling strategies

•Design channel-specific launch strategies across:

-Mobile operators

-Large retail chains

-Online marketplaces

-Distributor & B2B channels


Sales Enablement & Integration

•Regularly analyze and consolidate feedback from field sales teams

•Ensure sales teams can sell ttec products clearly, confidently, and efficiently through:

•Product training sessions

•Sales presentations and pitch decks

•Competitive comparison tools (battlecards)

•Product advantages and objection-handling materials


Market, Trend & Competitive Analysis

•Monitor trends in the mobile accessories industry (technology, design, price-performance)

•Track and analyze competitor products, pricing, campaigns, and launches

•Generate insights into market size, growth opportunities, and emerging segments


Close Collaboration with Product Development

•Provide market and customer insights to influence the product roadmap

•Contribute to new product and variant development from a commercial perspective

•Manage testing, pilot, and soft launch processes

•Monitor and evaluate Product–Market Fit


Marketing Communication & Content Management

•Ensure consistency between brand tone and product messaging

•Coordinate closely with creative agencies and internal marketing teams

•Play an active role in creating product-focused marketing content, including:


-Website

-Social media

-POS materials

-Packaging

-Video content


Qualifications & Requirements


•Bachelor’s degree

•Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market, or similar roles

•Preferably experienced in consumer electronics industry

•Strong understanding of multi-channel sales dynamics (retail, online, B2B)

•Strong analytical thinking and market analysis skills

•Proven experience working closely with sales, product and marketing teams

•Fluent in English, Turkish and Arabic is a plus,

•Based in Riyadh
