GOCC Supervisor/Senior Supervisor
and a good team member who will work in SunExpress
Antalya
Headquarters.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelors degree,
-
Advanced level of English in both written and spoke, (a second foreign language is preferable),
-
At least 3 years of professional work experience in aviation or airline business,
-
Full familiarity with Ramp & aircraft operational procedures, regulations and other supplementary publications,
-
Full familiarity with Passenger service procedures, regulations and other supplementary publications,
-
Living in or willing to relocate to Antalya.

Responsibilities:
-
Monitors 7/24 daily fleet operations and ensures safe and smooth turnarounds at stations,
-
Maintains effective communciation and relations with internal and external parties
-
Efficient irregularity management including pre-planning and compatible passenger care with regulations and corporate commitments,
-
Contributes to Safety Management System and take part in emergency protocol in case of activation,
-
Efficient and timely reporting of all ops relates matters and irregularities,
-
Supports IOCC, stations, GSPs, CSC departments within the GOCC framework as required/requested on the day of operations to ensure safe, secure, timely and cost-effective operations.
