Brilzen SMC Pvt Ltd is looking for a highly skilled and experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist / Automation Manager who can manage complete A-to-Z operations inside the GoHighLevel platform. The ideal candidate must have deep expertise in CRM management, automation workflows, sales funnels, e-mail marketing, lead nurturing, integrations, pipelines, and client communication systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and organize the GHL CRM system. - Build advanced automation workflows. - Create and manage e-mail marketing campaigns. - Build high-converting sales funnels. - Configure appointment booking systems. - Integrate third-party tools using APIs and Zapier. - Manage SMS and WhatsApp automation. - Monitor analytics and reporting.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Expert-level knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Strong CRM and automation expertise
• Advanced workflow-building skills
• Strong e-mail marketing knowledge
• Funnel optimization experience
• Technical troubleshooting abilities
• Strong reporting and analytics skills

Technical Expertise Required:

- GoHighLevel (GHL) - Mailgun - Zapier - Twilio - Stripe - Google Analytics - API Integrations - Webhooks - Funnel Building

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field.
• 2-3+ years of professional experience.
• Proven portfolio of successful automation projects.
• Relevant certifications are a plus,
