GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert

Role Overview

We’re looking for a GoHighLevel expert who understands how to build, manage, and optimize GoHighLevel systems for real businesses.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked with GHL in practical settings, understands funnels, automations, pipelines, and integrations, and can turn business requirements into working, reliable setups.

You’ll work with founders, marketers, and ops teams to set up workflows that handle leads, automate follow-ups, manage conversations, and support conversions.

Location: Civic Center, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi
Timing: 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM (Monday to Friday)
Salary PKR 70k-100k/month
Key Responsibilities

GoHighLevel Setup & Automation

• Configure and customize GoHighLevel Agency & Sub-accounts
• Build and manage pipelines, calendars, user roles, permissions, and account structures
• Set up custom fields, tags, triggers, and smart lists
• Design and deploy workflows for:
• Lead capture & nurturingAppointment booking & reminders
• Sales follow-ups
• Re-engagement & retention
• Debug, optimize, and document existing automations
• Ensure workflows are clear, logical, and reliable

Funnels, Campaigns & Messaging

• Build and optimize:
• Funnels & landing pages
• Forms
• Email campaigns
• Ensure messaging matches the stage of the lead and the intended outcome

Conversation & Communication Management

• Manage and organize conversations generated through:
• Email campaigns
• Funnels
• Workflows
• Forms and inbound leads
• Ensure timely and professional communication across channels
• Set up conversation routing, tagging, and pipeline movement based on responses
• Coordinate with sales or ops teams to keep conversations tracked and actionable
• Communicate clearly with internal teams regarding system behavior and lead flow

Integrations & Performance

• Integrate GoHighLevel with external platforms using native integrations and third-party tools when required
• Monitor automation performance and funnel activity
• Troubleshoot issues and fix them proactively
• Maintain clean CRM data and follow email/SMS deliverability best practices

Required Skills & ExperienceMust-Have

• Prior experience working with GoHighLevel (real client or business use)
• Good understanding of:
• CRM logic
• Funnels
• Lead lifecycle management
• Experience building workflows and automations
• Knowledge of email and SMS deliverability basics
• Ability to understand business needs and set up systems accordingly
• Good communication skills and the ability to manage conversations

Nice-to-Have (Strong Plus)

• Experience with SaaS, agencies, or service-based businesses
• Understanding of paid ads funnels (Meta / Google)
• Copy or conversion optimization understanding

Ability to manage accounts independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
