Golang Developer (Affiliate & Clearing) / Golang 开发工程师(渠道与清结算)

Core Responsibilities / 工作职责

• Responsible for the architectural design and core code development of the exchange's affiliate (agent) system.
• 负责交易所合伙人（代理商）系统的架构设计与核心代码开发。

• Lead the research and development of the commission clearing and settlement engine.
• Handle fund flows from trade streams to commission accounts, ensuring zero-error calculations under high-concurrency conditions.
• 主导返佣清结算引擎的研发，处理从交易流到返佣账户的资金流转，确保高并发下的资金计算准确无误（0误差) 。

• Utilize Pulsar or Kafka to process massive trading order streams.
• Design efficient asynchronous clearing and reconciliation mechanisms to guarantee real-time performance and data consistency for commissions.
• 利用 Pulsar 或 Kafka 处理海量交易订单流，设计高效的异步清算与对账机制，保障返佣的实时性与一致性。

• Resolve data consistency issues in distributed environments and optimize database transactions to prevent concurrent fund conflicts.
• Monitor system performance, optimize API response speeds within the Gin framework, and maintain technical documentation.
• 解决分布式环境下的数据一致性问题，优化数据库事务处理，防止资金并发冲突；持续监控系统性能，优化 Gin 框架下的 API 响应速度。

Requirements / 任职要求

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• 3+ years of Golang development experience, with deep mastery of Go core features (goroutines, channels, GC, etc.).
• 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业；3 年以上 Golang 开发经验，精通 Go 语言核心特性。

• Proficient in mainstream Go frameworks (Gin, Echo, GORM) and microservices architecture.
• Deep understanding of message queues (Pulsar, Kafka) and their application scenarios.
• Expert in relational database design (MySQL, PostgreSQL), index optimization, and SQL tuning.
• 熟练掌握主流 Go 框架及微服务架构；深入理解消息队列（Pulsar、Kafka）原理；精通关系型数据库设计与优化。

• Familiar with NoSQL (Redis, MongoDB), WebSocket, RESTful API design, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong coding standards, familiarity with design patterns, and excellent code refactoring skills.
• 熟悉 NoSQL 数据库、WebSocket、RESTful 规范及容器化技术；具备良好的编码规范与代码重构能力。
