osition Overview: We are looking for a skilled and proactive Spot Gold & Silver Trading Analyst to join our professional trading and brokerage team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of technical and fundamental analysis, excellent chart-reading ability, and hands-on experience in precious metals trading. The analyst will be responsible for monitoring global market trends, conducting in-depth research, and generating buy and sell signals that guide our traders and clients toward profitable trading decisions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Market & Technical Analysis Conduct continuous technical analysis of spot gold and silver markets using advanced tools and indicators (e.g., MACD, RSI, Fibonacci, Bollinger Bands, Elliott Wave, Volume Profile, etc.). Identify market trends, price patterns, and entry/exit levels to support live trading decisions. Generate real-time buy/sell trading signals and forecasts for the trading desk and brokerage clients. Track intraday, daily, and weekly charts to anticipate market movements and volatility. 2. Fundamental & Macro Research Analyze macroeconomic data, central bank policies, USD trends, inflation reports, interest rate movements, and geopolitical events affecting gold and silver prices. Monitor global bullion market dynamics, including mining production, physical demand, ETF flows, and central bank reserves. Interpret Commitment of Traders (COT) reports, futures data, and open interest positions for institutional sentiment analysis. Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly market outlooks and strategy briefs to management and clients. 3. Trading Strategy & Signal Generation Develop and refine trading models and strategies aligned with firm objectives and risk tolerance. Collaborate with traders and senior analysts to design scalping, swing, and long-term position strategies in the spot market. Deliver timely trade alerts backed by data-driven reasoning and market intelligence. Support client advisory by explaining market conditions, expected movements, and technical setups. 4. Risk & Performance Management Evaluate trades using risk/reward metrics, position sizing, and stop-loss parameters. Assist in hedging strategies and risk mitigation against adverse market movements. Maintain detailed trading journals, performance reports, and market summaries. Ensure full compliance with internal trading policies and external regulatory frameworks. 5. Tools & Systems Use professional charting and trading platforms such as TradingView, MetaTrader, Bloomberg, or similar systems. Manage data feeds, price alerts, and volatility trackers to provide accurate and timely insights. Support the brokerage team in client reporting, trade analytics, and performance tracking.
