Job description:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies focused on real estate lead generation.
• Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms.
• Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
• Generate qualified buyer and investor leads through digital channels.
• Oversee SEO, content, and social media to improve visibility of listings.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align digital leads with property requirements.
• Stay updated with real estate market trends and new digital marketing tools.
