Website Channel Management

  • Serve as the primary interface between Marketing and Business for all website-related initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors/partners to ensure website content, design, and functionalities are aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage updates to promotions, offers, and vehicle listings on the website in coordination with the business team.
  • Ensure seamless customer journey on the website, focusing on user experience, navigation, and conversion optimization.

Digital Marketing Initiatives

  • Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media campaigns, display advertising, remarketing, etc.) along with the Marketing team.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand positioning and business requirements.
  • Track campaign performance, optimize strategies, and ensure maximum ROI, provide periodic reports to monitor performance of campaigns and suggest changes to grow the website business.

Analytics & Insights

  • Monitor website and digital campaign analytics using tools such as Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
  • Provide regular reports to Management on website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  • Translate complex web traffic and behavior data into clear, actionable, and strategic business recommendations for non-marketing stakeholders.
  • Recommend actionable solutions to increase online visibility, enhance customer engagement, and drive more traffic.
  • Also provide analytics and insight to the business from other channel and sources of business, Cash, Local TA, international broker, Customer profiling etc.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Business teams to understand upcoming offers, demand patterns, and customer preferences, ensuring they are reflected in digital channels.
  • Liaise with IT/web developers for website enhancements, bug fixing, and new feature development.
  • Partner with Sales & Operations to align web campaigns with inventory availability and pricing strategies.
