Golden Nugget - Bean and Bread Barista and Deli Attendant
The Bean & Bread Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional guest service while preparing and serving coffee, beverages, and bakery items in a fast-paced environment. This role ensures product quality, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere that reflects Golden Nugget’s service standards.
- Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and provide prompt service.
- Prepare and serve coffee drinks, espresso beverages, teas, and other menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist guests with menu selections, answer questions, and upsell products when appropriate.
- Accurately process transactions using the POS system and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including counters, equipment, and dining areas.
- Stock and replenish food, beverages, and supplies as needed.
- Monitor product quality and freshness; follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Follow all health department regulations and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Resolve minor guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
Knowledgeable of coffee products and specialty food items- Record of accomplishment in delivering exceptional guest or client experience
- Effective communication skills
- Appropriate professional appearance and demeanor
- Available for various shifts including early morning, late nights, double shifts, occasional weekends, holidays, and long hours
- Team Player with a guest first attitude
- Minimum age is 18 years old
